As Investors in construction, we manage projects in all phases of their development cycle. Starting from the analysis of the state of the real estate market, the purchase of land and the acquisition of ownership of real estate intended for further investment construction and sale, to the development of conceptual concepts, the preparation of architectural solutions, and the obtaining of the necessary documentation for construction.
